Tokens & official contracts

- Our tokens are not the charity. Shiba Humanity Hub's charitable purposes are relieving the suffering of dogs and relieving poverty for children and families. Our application for charity registration is with the CRA.
- Tokens are not donations. They are not investments. They pay holders nothing.
- Holding, buying, selling or trading a token does not help any dog, child or family.
- No receipts are issued for token transfer fees or for gifts of tokens.
- Not financial advice. Please do not buy tokens to help us.
v1 contracts (retired by us, still deployed, held by the founder)
| Token | Shibarium address | Status |
|---|---|---|
| $NIBBLES (v1) | 0x20a90E0A5346abF59d8244F6c193d0Bb13F7E5CF | Retired by us, still deployed |
| $hopeseed (v1) | 0xF7a5c5634d62e428fD1dbd7292e6925eE8C90833 | Retired by us, still deployed |
Each v1 token: 1,000,000,000 supply, minted Jun 16, 2026 to the founder's wallet, 1 holder, no transfers since the mint, no market.
Both v1 contracts carry a fixed 2% transfer fee written into the code:
- 1% would be sent to the dead address (0x…dEaD), where no one can move it. Total supply does not shrink. No transfer has happened since the mint, so nothing has been sent there yet.
- In v1, the other 1% of any transfer would go to the founder's wallet (0xee59fcc165bcb2ebc35903b897ff7f0789f06f24), set when the contract was deployed and not changeable. There have been no transfers since the mint, so no fee has ever been paid and that wallet has received no fees. It is not a charity account, and this is not charity money.
The founder holds the v1 tokens and has undertaken in writing ([DATE]) not to transfer them. v1 is not promoted, has no market, and will not be swapped into any future token.
Other retired test contracts
These were minted to the founder's wallet on Jun 16, 2026, shortly before the v1 contracts. Each has 1 holder. They are not our tokens.

Planned v2 (a plan, not live)
If v2 goes ahead, subject to legal advice:
- It will be run by a separate company, not by the charity. The charity won't own, run or promote it.
- It would have a 2% transfer fee, split as:
- 1% Treasury Fund, paid to a fixed address controlled by the separate company (never a person), which would pay the charity under a written agreement that we will publish, with amounts disclosed.
- 1% Burn Fund: tokens permanently taken out of use. We'll describe exactly how only once the v2 code is final, and we'll say total supply goes down only if the contract really reduces it. Not charity money.
- No fee goes to any person. No founder allocation.
- Money the charity receives this way is fundraising income, not a gift. No receipts are issued for it.
- This plan may change or be dropped. Nothing here is an offer.
How the charity handles money (once registered)
- The board controls charity money. Payments need 3 of 5 signers acting on a board resolution. Most directors are at arm's length, and the founder holds at most one key.
- Official receipts are issued in Canadian dollars only. Copies in other currencies are thank-you letters, not receipts.
- Donor records are stored in Canada. We never put names, receipts or any personal information on a blockchain.
